We start.
Technical onboarding (backup, security, monitoring setup), first scheduled work, monthly report from month one.
Communication and response times.
We respond within the stated times, on the stated days. If you have an urgent issue outside SLA windows, write anyway — we do our best.

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, we'll fully refund your first payment — no questions asked.
Excludes the optional one-time setup fee (€290) if already delivered. The guarantee applies to monthly maintenance plans.

We accept credit/debit card (Stripe), Satispay and PayPal. For annual payments ≥ €1,000 we also accept bank transfer with an extra 2% discount. All prices are VAT exclusive — EU B2B clients with a valid VAT ID benefit from reverse charge.
