Maintenance
We first create a full site backup. We then update core, plugins and theme on a staging environment (a clone of the production site). We verify everything works, check the main pages, then deploy to production. On the Base plan, updates go directly to production with manual post-deploy verification.
Edit hours cover simple tasks: updating text and images, publishing blog posts provided by the client, adding pages from existing templates, fixing minor graphic issues, updating menus and footer. They don't cover custom development, new templates, complex integrations or redesigns.
No. Hours from the month don't transfer to the following month. This avoids accumulating an unmanageable technical debt. If you regularly need more hours, consider upgrading your plan.
Base: weekly backups. Standard, Business, E-commerce: daily backups. All backups are stored on encrypted external cloud storage (Amazon S3 or equivalent) — separate from the site's hosting, so even if the host has problems, your backups are safe.
We step in as a priority. Our plans include preventive measures that drastically reduce the risk (firewall, scans, hardening). If an incident occurs despite those measures, we handle it as our top priority at no extra cost within the plan.
Yes, €290 one-time. Includes a site audit, configuration of all tools (backup, monitoring, security), internal documentation and up to 2 hours of urgent fixes. It ensures we don't take on a site with pre-existing problems.
Website creation
Every project is different, so we don't publish a fixed price list. Indicatively: a landing page starts from ~€1,500, a corporate site from €3,500, an e-commerce from €4,500. We always provide a written, detailed quote — free and with no commitment.
Simple showcase: 3–6 weeks. Multi-page corporate: 6–10 weeks. E-commerce: 8–14 weeks. Timelines depend on complexity and how quickly the client provides feedback.
Copy is the client's responsibility. If you need support, we can recommend copywriters we work with. We also offer review and SEO optimisation of your text as an add-on.
Free bug fix coverage: errors, malfunctions or unexpected site behaviour compared to what was agreed. It doesn't cover change requests or new features.
Yes, we work on any hosting. If it's slow or unreliable we'll tell you clearly — but the final choice is yours.
Payments & contracts
For monthly plans: monthly charge with electronic invoice. For annual plans: single upfront payment. For website creation: 40% deposit at start, 30% at milestone (approved design), 30% on delivery.
No, all prices are VAT exclusive. For EU B2B clients with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge applies. For Italian private individuals, 22% VAT is added to the invoice.
Yes, always. For monthly: 15 days' notice. For annual: cancellation at end of period, no refund on remaining months. No lock-in clauses, no penalties.
Yes: 30-day money-back guarantee on the first 30 days of a maintenance plan. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we fully refund the first payment (excluding any one-time setup fee if already delivered).
Credit/debit card (Stripe), Satispay, PayPal. Bank transfer for annual plans ≥ €1,000 (extra 2% discount).
Technical
By choice we're hosting-agnostic: we work with your current hosting. If you don't have hosting or want to simplify, we offer managed hosting as an optional add-on (from €15/month). We're not a hosting provider — our core is the site.
Yes, we need WordPress admin access and, depending on the plan, FTP/SSH or cPanel. Credentials are stored securely in an encrypted password manager. We never share them with third parties.
We manage any plugin already active on the site, including premium ones. Licence costs are the client's responsibility — we renew and update them on your behalf.
Yes, migration is a one-time quoted service. It includes full file and database migration, DNS redirect, post-migration testing and a guarantee that the site works correctly on the new server.
We work with all major page builders: Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Gutenberg. Monthly edit time also covers page builder tasks for simple changes.
