Data We Collect
Via the contact form
When you fill in our contact form, we collect: name, email address, optional phone number, and the content of your message.
Via the website
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No cookie banner is required for analytics.
For clients
If you activate a maintenance plan or commission a website, we collect the data necessary for contract execution and invoicing: full name or company name, VAT number (if applicable), billing address, and payment details (processed exclusively by Stripe, Satispay or PayPal — we do not store card data).

Data Retention
Contact form messages are retained for 2 years. Contract and billing data is retained for 10 years as required by Italian tax law. We delete data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only where strictly necessary for service delivery (e.g. payment processors such as Stripe, cloud storage providers for backups). All processors are contractually bound to handle data in compliance with the GDPR.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, write to hello@sitenest.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
